Location is spot on 5 minutes from beech 10 minutes into town rooms was lovely and clean everything what you'd need hosts was spot on id definitely come back to be honest can't complain

Basic boarding house but this is reflected in the price. Very clean but decor old. No complaints. Lovely staff ideally placed for the cricket or an open air concert. I would use again.

You get what you pay for, one of cheapest places to stay near the open air theatre. Not the best hotel but it'll do to get head down!
